1. Who we are
SupplarisHealth.com (the "Website") is operated by SupplarisHealth, 500 Westover Dr #38554, Sanford, NC 27330, United States ("Supplaris", "we", "us" or "our"). You can contact us at support@supplarishealth.com.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Website and to every order you place with us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Return and Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You confirm that the information you give us (name, address, email, phone and payment details) is correct and complete, and that you buy our products for your own personal use and not for resale.
3. Our products and health information
Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose shown on the label.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition or are under 18, consult your doctor before use.
- Always read the label, ingredients and warnings before use, especially if you have allergies.
Information on the Website is for general information only and is not medical advice. Individual results may vary. We make every effort to show products, ingredients and packaging accurately, but manufacturers may update labels or packaging. The label on the product you receive always takes precedence.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. We send you an email confirming that we have received your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or when we ship it, whichever comes first.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. The risk of loss passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person you have named.
7. Returns and refunds
You can return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or not what you ordered. 8. Damaged or defective products
If a product arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us at support@supplarishealth.com and we will replace it or refund you, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including the Supplaris name and logo, text, images, graphics and product descriptions, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or republish any content without our written permission.
11. Reviews and feedback
If you post a review or send us feedback, you allow us to use, reproduce and publish it free of charge. Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not contain unlawful, offensive or misleading content or health claims. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
12. Acceptable use
You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to upload malicious code, to interfere with the Website's security or operation, or to collect other users' personal data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
13. Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify, and we use third-party providers for payments, fulfillment and delivery. Your purchases are made directly with us, not with Shopify. The Website may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for losses caused by using a product against the label directions, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Privacy
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where they apply.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website when you place your order applies to that order.
17. Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without affecting any consumer protection rights under the laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived.
